By purchasing, you agree that you have read and understood these terms:

  • Non-Refundable: All consults are non-refundable, as booking reserves time just for you and your sweet pet. 

  • Scheduling: Consults are typically scheduled within 30 days. All times are listed in Eastern Time (EST). For earlier availability, email before purchasing, same-week spots aren’t guaranteed. One reschedule is allowed with 2 business days’ notice; less than that is considered a no-show and a 50% fee applies before rebooking.

  • Confidentiality: Recordings are for your personal use only and may not be copied or shared without written consent from Dr. Bimonte.

  • One Pet Per Consult: To ensure 1:1 attention, each pet requires a separate booking.

  • Recipe Formulations: Recipe formualtions are separate from nutrition consults, we will go intro more detail during our consult.
