TERMS

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms:

  • Non-Refundable: All purchases are final and non-refundable, even if you haven't scheduled or attended your appointment. Thank you for understanding and respecting the time and care dedicated to each pet!

  • Scheduling: Consultations are typically scheduled within 30 days. All appointment times are listed in Eastern Time (EST). For earlier availability, please email before purchasing, as same-week appointments are not guaranteed.

  • Rescheduling: One reschedule is permitted with at least 2 business days' notice (M–F, excluding holidays). Requests made with less notice require a 50% rescheduling fee before rebooking. Any additional rescheduling requests require a new consultation purchase.

  • No-Shows: Your consultation time is reserved just for you and your pet. If you miss your scheduled appointment for any reason, your original payment is non-refundable and cannot be applied toward another appointment. A new consultation must be purchased at the current rate to rebook. Reminders are provided as a courtesy and do not change these policies. Thank you for respecting the time dedicated to your pet's care!

  • Confidentiality: All consultations are recorded for your personal use only. Recordings may not be copied, distributed, or shared without written consent from Dr. Bimonte.

  • One Pet Per Consult: Each consultation is dedicated to one pet to ensure personalized, one-on-one attention. Multiple pets require separate consultation purchases and bookings.

  • Recipe Formulations & Continued Support: Custom recipes are a separate purchase and are not included in the consultation fee. Ongoing nutritional guidance, troubleshooting, and email support are not included with standalone consultations. Recipe packages include dedicated email support for their designated duration.
